Here's why I think the FAA is about to announce a PASS for Baltia: During the last three months the FAA has been trying to find a way to give a PASS to Baltia without sparking controversy. Baltia submitted the reasons for recent slide failures & suggested correction procedures and the FAA decided to use them as an FAA circular they released in preparation for awarding the PASS to Baltia. They did not mention Baltia as helping resolve the problem because it would look like there was a conspiracy between the FAA and Baltia. In my opinion this decision was a resolution by the FAA and their lawyers to solve the situation created by the failure of one of the slides from opening correctly while Baltia performed perfectly in every respect during mini evacuation test# 7.
