In essence, I totally agree, which brings up the issue of 3 different moves that Bill made in dealing with this issue.
First was the appeal to the OMB in Lakeshore's actions.
What that will do is give us a LEGAL Place to grow.
Second was the JR which will give us the PERMISSION to grow.
Third is the NAFTA Chapter 11 which will make folks responsible for their actions under International Accord.
This in my view is the True brilliance of what Bill and his Legal team has done. All bases are covered.
As to making all of us , Completely Whole , ........Naw, never has happened and I do not expect it to this time on the LEGAL sense with respect to settlement. But, I do expect the ongoing news of how we got screwed , and the repairing of reputation of the company to attract many new investors as well as the ones who got out to jump back in. This in turn will cause the PPS to rise in a significant way once again, but, this time in a MUCH more sustainable level. The pps , post split will assist in that as the penny people who just flip and look for superfast gains can no longer play in our sandbox. Only solid investors and a few very talented shorter's will have access. All Just my view , of course. GLTA
