understood. good reasons, of course. still, audits are never central. not to an otc company ( which opted otc route for financing operations). not before they are making enough revenues to

have time. cash flow. to support ( the "transparency"
probably means the company should not have said a word about audits. but otc companies are notorious for "playing stupid". not saying they are. just suggesting most do
