Audited financials are important for a couple of reasons. There is doubt about past practices (valid or not - doesn't matter) of some RMHB leaders, this is a company in a new industry that is associated with a not completely legal issue and there are many companies that are fraudulent in this space. This company seems to have great promise and I am a LONG 6 figure shareholder but audited financials are a must for me. I realize sales are important but there is something to say about running a corporation.
Audited financials bring the company to a new level of transparency that is required for investment. This stock will never climb unless someone wants to buy it. Just like snowflake is critical to expanding markets, audited financials are critical to expanding to more investors.
I am frustrated waiting for these financials. I realize there is the possibility that dependencies exist on third parties but since a commitment was made I'd like to know what the hold up is. Managing appearance is important when people invest in a company.
