So...to summarize your post.....the FAA KNOWS that Baltia deserves all of the credit for this Advisory Circular regarding the slides, but will NEVER formally give them credit.
Great.....I'm sure no one really cares about the credit for solving the FAA's problem..........but give us what we do want and deserve............
Allow Baltia to move forward in the certification process..............
