Getting close to exhausting recent dilution. 2.6 mil out of the 9 mil registered shares are warrants convertible at $2. And if only Magna is selling (as someone suggested), that cuts down to 3 mil. Since October 15, over 2.6 mil shares have been traded. As long as Amarantus can service the remaining debt in some other way, we could be out of the woods very soon. JMHO.
