I think they had plans to get audited and uplisted
Post# of 75011
A. Didn't anticipate it being drug out
B. Miscalculated the actual time it would take to accomplish.
Either way I think they should've waited until it was on the brink of being completed before mentioning it at all.
There's plenty of things I could go on about regarding some of the things I see as problematic, but equally as much I see as promising. I compare the two and I see the promising aspects slightly outweigh the negative. Therfore, I will stay around until I see the risk grow larger than the reward. Without going into details anymore I will just lay back and let the audited financials, or lack there of, do the talking. If they come out it'll tell it all, and if they don't release them it will tell just as much. Either way we'll get answers through hard numbers or none at all.
I have a meeting this morning, but I have time this afternoon and I'm going to contact the company, as well as, the auditing firm, and ask questions I would've liked to ask at the shareholders meeting and hopefully I can get answers. If I do I will share the info or lack of with you. I will attempt to record the conversation and place a link here for all to listen.
