True, but when down 95% and continuing to drop like a rock every week, there's no rush to add more for those who have been here for a while. Plenty of time to wait for it to bottom and turn around. Why not wait for all the toxic financing and upcoming dilution to get worked into the share price? Even if they finally come through on some huge deal and the share price quadruples overnight, anybody who wasn't able to get in sub penny pre-split, will still be able to average down significantly.
