Your question is on the list. Your points are valid Judgesmails , I find myself trying to figure out the business aspect of what could it possibly be that would make a CEO be this quite and hold back from filing.
Some of what I come up with.
1. CEO’s hold their business cards close to there chest away from any competitor that could cause stumbling blocks along the way.
2. Business partners have a solid hand in decision making and there concerns out way the investors concerns at this juncture.
3rd. The one I keep coming away with is this one, Mr.McHenry has hit several road blocks along the way while building his company under the radar cause there is much more there than I can understand in business( me not having a business acumen ) and that he truly is trying to get this company on sound footing with all involved, with all under writing current and in the proper order and ink dried if partners are involved.
This explains the most of the unknowns that make sense to me, past late filings with minimal details , showing growth with out the who’s and why’s explained and staying very quite in regards to keeping share holders informed, because of all those things I do believe I'm on the right thinking here. I don’t have a business acumen to fall on that could help or the experience.
Well that’s what I’m holding on too, is that this is very real and I’m not supposed to make a hundred percent sense of what is going on behind the scene and If I want that one rare opportunity I must grit my teeth and be all in or half in but I must be in regardless because this is truly my long term investment and it could very well be one of the best spec plays ever a portfolio could have.
With all the silence from MC I use it to fuel my positive optimisms, I do wish it was the other way around thou would make it easy, but I could pick many other pennies if I wanted easy I wanted that 1% possibility.
Any way good question.
My question for MC is in three parts , If he takes advantage of the world class fishing in his area ? If so, what sport fish does he enjoy hooking up with the most ? And, how often does he go ?
All other questions will take precedence over mine for sure, Mine will be the last.
