Nice read of the TDA response. Opposes the appointment of a receiver.
Some interesting highlights with new information:
- TDA has 764 customers with CRGP shares
- Scenario 2 finally gives me an explanation on why DTCC credited COR. There's no error in there. It just works like that and if COR had any problem they had to go against Nobilis and Beaufort.
- Another highlight. DTCC does not perform charge-backs because of fraud. Only because of errors (DTCC errors).
- One kind of funny. If a receiver is appointed COR should post a bond for $4 millions to cover damages.
