No, I don't think you're off base. Veal did mention that he has a major investor that continues to finance them now. They seem comfortable with their finances. The message didn't come across as, "we're in a sticky spot." It just came off as giving too much attention to the people who deserve NO attention and that is what caught my attention.
HJOE followed through on one other thing. They said they would mention us here in their PR and they certainly did that as well. Kudos to them and kudos to us for having a nice little banner on the homepage here.
