CLARIFICATION ON PASS/FAIL/CONSIDERATIONS Some
Post# of 41413
Some may say this is apples to oranges but it's green apples to red apples with what I'm going to explain.
As we all know the SEC is a government agency like the FAA. I've been in the broker dealer space for a long time and have been part of audits by the SEC. It is VERY COMMON that a determination of a test is not given a rating after immediate completion of the exam if there is gray area around items tested. Things come up that local levels know they cannot give definitive pass/fail ratings on without regional and/or national approval. There are opportunities for individuals to justify their work which is documented and evidence in reports to use as "consideration"
I share this because the two are government regulatory bodies and know that from my experience it should translate into what position BLTA is in.
