All very good points When is enough, enough? I would love to tell you I will know it when I see it but who knows? I agree completely that the FAA having any input on what a publicly traded company PR's is a conflict of interest. If there were official PR's then yes it would definitely be a black eye for the FAA, or potentially a black eye for Baltia if we knew anything official about what has transpired so far. But because there is nothing official then in "official terms" this wait isn't even happening. So how can this be a black eye for anyone? In order for a black eye to occur someone has to throw a punch. Or the FAA would in some way have to announce that they blackened their own eye. This is a government agency, so we all know that isn't going to happen. Management, while I would agree completely that their patience is limitless. They have also proven themselves intelligent determined individuals, there history is just that. At some point the rubber will meet the road for all of us; management and the Lt included. I'm not saying we should just call the FAA out for a fight in the parking lot, but in the absence of a reasonable explanation as our company continues to exhaust its resources and the PPS continues to decline. I’m of the belief that it may be time to throw a punch or two to let them know we aren't just going to sit back while the FAA rides their decisions out until Baltia becomes insolvent. Lt has mentioned many times we don’t want to “piss the FAA off” and he is right. We don’t , but this is a classic bully scenario. The big guy or bully (FAA) has power and exercises that power over the less powerful (Baltia). He gets away with it because he knows the little guy doesn’t want to further piss him off, The “gag order on PR’s is exactly that, the big guy setting the rules in a way that they can continue to bully, it allows them to get away with it. Unless the little guys is extremely cunning the bully can get away with whatever they want when the rules are se in this way. I have found that sometimes the best way to take on a bully who isn’t giving you the respect you deserves is to stand up and blacken the bully’s eye, in business that is of course figurative but the right punch can make that happen. I grew up on long Island myself, in my life that was quite literal. It has served me well through the years. Management knows their financial situation and how may round’s they have left. I’m not sure if we are in the 12th round or not but these are defiantly the championship rounds. I pray that management has saved enough in reserve that if the 12 round bell has rung that they are ready to shake hands and come out fighting. Tired as they are its time to get their footwork going and punch their way through and not stop for a single second until victory!!
