I know LT has deep pockets, but deep enough to keep this floating if the FAA kills another 3 months? 6 months? Is LT going to keep writing checks for the next 5 years? If the answer is "no", (and I don't know, obviously) then I think we have to ask ourselves if there is a REAL possibility that someone with power is trying to "wait us out", to wait out LT, to wait all of what this COULD become? Does it not feel like it? Does it not feel like something a little strange is going on?
Listen, we can all duck our heads in the sand and pretend we have all the time in the world to wait on a reply and that "it won't matter once we get approval," but EVERY company has a clock. Every company has a point where money has to start coming in, or the confidence wanes to a point beyond return. How far are we from that?
I'm beyond the point of caring about "loading boats". The boat is loaded, the waters are clear, and we're stuck in the harbor and NO ONE KNOWS WHY. The (very) few that do are hamstrung to the point where they can't tell the shareholders. Not because of an SEC regulation, but because of FAA orders, correct? Why does the FAA command that power over information given to shareholders? Does that not sound like there MIGHT be a little conflict of interest? Why is no one asking this question? Especially when we have known bashers that work in the aviation industry trying every single day to drag us down (and are doing a pretty good job, by the way). Do we have no recourse for anything?
This is pertinent information regarding our investment that is being sat like its waiting to hatch right now, and there seems to be ZERO recourse. What other situation like this is there with ZERO recourse? Who is really pushing the FAA? You think they (FAA) really care about this "black eye"? Go ask around, how many people know about Baltia? You think it'll make headlines if this sits another 6 months? No, it won't. It hasn't in the last 11 months, why would it in the next 6?
Someone needs to step up and push. I don't know who can. Igor, LT, the shareholders en masse, I don't know. Assuming the FAA cares and that their due diligence is coming any day is to assume that they really care in the grand scheme of their responsibilities, and I'm sorry but in my opinion I haven't seen evidence of it.
One thing is for sure, coming to the boards every day saying "come on FAA!" without accepting the possibility that Baltia has the deck stacked against them isn't changing anything.
