22.5 BILLION that's the presplit AS that they are asking for. They had a very hard time getting a quorum last time asking for 35mil and the share price still in the 4 dollar range. I think getting a quorum or approval will be a challenge .
Unless GC pulls a rabbit out of a hat and pays off this horrible toxic series H loan, the penalties will likely lead to a BK filing. That is the sad reality.
I still can't wrap my head around why they agreed to this death spiral loan to pay off Discover.
Are they that desperate? 5 million bucks is going to destroy the company?
ESS, MANF, ELTO, MS PRECISE all potentially worth hundreds of millions and there isn't a BP interested? A vc?
What about the 7mill NJ tax credit?
What about the Lincoln Park line of credit? Is that gone?
