Let's hope they get enough votes to hold the share holders meeting. It will be even more harder this time due to the mega dilution. Insiders own about 12% before sep 30 and will likely be half of that if the recent warrants are fully converted.
AMBS need to go all out to get the votes in IF that is what they want.
