Why did the lenders insist on this measure if there are enough AS at the moment to cover the loan? Based on the S-1 for the registration of converted warrants, it was a little over 9 mil shares and fully diluted the total shares are about 17 mil. They will still have 18 mil AS left.
The only thing I can think of is the conversation rate depends on the share price and will increase in proportion to $ambs share decline.
