I believe that he has always told the truth. Trust me, he wanted those things to happen but he bit off more than he could chew and it turned out he was wrong. Things didn't happen the way he thought they would.
I think he will now take what he can get for the DX division and move on to greener pastures with the therapeutics side on NASDAQ.
They hardly mentioned the DX division in the last few presentations. Why? It is sold in their minds. The question is price.
