I think most realize the risk of investing in a start up biotech. One factor in taking that risk is your belief and trust in management. People are upset because they now feel management is incompetent and untrustworthy after having trusted them with their money. Shareholders have every right to feel that way. Shareholders have every right to want a new CEO. Gerald has not delivered. Shareholders want a CEO that can.
