I agree that a class action suit would be the death of this company and is a terrible idea.
However, people are not logical animals. They see GC as a arrogant, dishonest, upstart who is where he is because of his dad and they want more than just their money. They want REVENGE.
GC needs to get back to the basics and accept his failures and reach out to investors. Let's put a honest foot forward and level with shareholders.
Retail is the only group keeping this company alive and he completely abused that trust.
I think things can turn around. It may take GC kissing someone's ass, eating humble pie and accepting a partnership or two but considering the companies position it's better than bankruptcy.
