Reminder, in order to get listed on NASDAQ the shareholders equity has to increase to $5 mil, market valve has to increase to $15 mil, and price has to be above $4.
Yes and quite honestly lucky for us if NASDAQ is true goal they have put their self in position where mass dilution obvi isn't an option. Unless they would try a non proportionate reverse split with new share count? I hope not. They need SH vote but im under the impression with new shares our votes now are moot. I have faith this is NOT their strategy. Obviously a proportionate split is out of question as even 2:1 would leave only 16 million AS shares.
