I understand what you are saying. I sure don't want it to happen. In my experience though, Judges sometimes don't necessarily look that far ahead, especially if a party isn't explicitly saying who will ultimately bear the costs. Judges decide based on the law and without any opposition, who knows how it can play out. In this case COR mentions shareholders only once and acts as if all its arguments are towards affiliates who received il gotten gains. Those adjustments will not come from them based on what COR has suggested, they will come from shareholders potentially. If you think brokerages will take the hit or try to defend shareholders instead of simply taking money out of their clients account then fine, but I think brokerages will simply oint the finger to DTCC and then we will have to sue.
If the receiver is not appointed, dividends are clear. If not they are going after shareholders (with full cooperation by DTCC), as DTCC is the next in line in terms of liability (so they may try to make it happen)!

I invested in Calissio Resources Group because I considered the financial statements warranted an investment. For every reader here that has been paying attention to my posts, please note the following:

2) The only thing I know about the upcoming merger is that typically they are good for investors. A premium is typically offered when companies go private from what I understand. I certainly was and still am an investor before this announcement was made.

Therefore, OS as of the last PR was 242m. Consequently, I don't believe there is reason to believe I am a majority holder, despite recent purchases, without making a large degree of assumptions.
