Of course it sounds exactly like Etrade, why not one other broker is holding dividend funds...makes no sense. The dividend money that CRGP received because DTCC debited COR accts is not the money that is in individual shareholder accounts. Regardless of what COR is attempting to do I do not believe their will be a "claw-back". COR doesn't care who they get monies from but I don't believe a judge will say that "A" owes you money but since you can't get it from them you can take money from "B". That scenario would just be illegal since individual shareholders received the dividend legally and without any complicity with any party participating in a fraudulent activity against COR.
