First let me explain for everyone here that does not know. The type of short Phil is talking about is an illegal naked short, not the normal everyday short seller(which is legal). As far as Matt having the NOBO and knowing who is manipulating the stock he does and I can tell you there is a HUGE illegal short position here. As far as the ins and outs of how he plans on doing this, I wouldn't even understand myself. He has a plan and he is a very driven man, I am betting on him to win. I would also like to explain to all of you about what knowledge I have of the company. The info I share with Matt is not insider info, it is simply part of his plan that if it were to get to the public boards could ruin things for us as investors. I know that some people have voiced their frustrations with the lacxk of responses to emails and calls. There was a period where I never recieved any responses either and it is frustrating. What everyone needs to understand is Matt recieves calls and emails everyday from less than honest people who do not have his or our best interest at heart. So he has to be very careful who he speaks with, again it isn't material information but more like a blueprint of the business and he is planning on taking business from a lot of very powerful people and if they got ahold of it, it would be devistating. I am not one to jump on the conspiracy bandwagon, but I have studied the trading activity of Baron and a lot of things just don't add up. We have all seen numerous sells under the bid (retail can't do this), there has been obvious manipulation of the PPS, and a lot of short interest in BCAP. Whoever has legally shorted this stock has balls the size of Texas, I mean it is just crazy to short a pinksheets company, because you have a short window to cover your short sell and we all know how touchy these things are both up and down. A lot of people will lose when BCAP wins and I assure you they will do everything in their power to see that we don't. Hell, look at the smear campaign going on now. They have gone far beyond the protections of freedom of speech, the have manipulate document, news releases, court cases! These are all federal crimes and they are taking a hell of a chance betting the SEC and FINRA will not bother going after them or Matt for that matter. Baron is a time bomb who is about to see its last tick and when it happens the loyal few here are gonna make a nice chunk of change and the ones who are betting against us are going to look like the fools they are. Funny how Miami waited until I was home from Florida to pop back up. It was a wise decision on his part. Guess he thinks I am never going back lol. Hell, I have a timeshare down there and that is where I will be havind my BCAP party we can all meet in the Keys and have a drink on me! Maybe MiamiG can attend and we can tie his ass up in a tree and use him like a pinata!
