Thanks Bob for clearing that up. This makes perfect sense to me. Amazon has a reputation to uphold. Put yourselves in their shoes. A new company wants to sell their brand new product through you (Amazon). You want to make sure that all the orders that were placed get shipped out to the customers who placed their orders, which I'm thankful for. Its not like TBEV and Amazon have been doing business with each other for years. This is the very first time Amazon has sold the High Performance Beverages through their website. Think about it, all rules and laws are enforced for a reason, usually to prevent history from repeating itself. I would be willing to bet that Amazon has dealt with new companies before that sold the product through their website and the new company never shipped the product to the customers for one reason or another. This is a very necessary step on Amazons part. Once all initial orders are shipped to the customers, the product will be available again. Sometimes people fail to see the silver lining around a passing dark cloud....
