Because of this, they require all deliveries first and foremost. Here is my whole conversation with them today.
Me: Still waiting for more on Amazon. Is there a scheduled re-stocking yet? I've been patiently waiting over 2 weeks since it was announced 1000 cases were on the way. Thanks.
HPB: Possibly today!
Me: I feel like that's been the answer for the past week and a half. Is it a problem on Amazon's side? UPS? You should switch it to Merchant Fulfilled and sell the extra cases yourselves.
HPB: That is the problem. We switched from merchant to Amazon fulfilled and they shipped it but didn't give us the tracking numbers that we need to put in the system to show that it has shipped. We should have the last few done today then it can go live again.
Me: Amazon requires all previous orders to be shipped before accepting delivery on new inventory? Is that the case?
HPB: It thinks we need to fulfill our pending orders before we take new orders. The new ones will be available on prime.
