What makes you think that the stock will be this low when the next round of news comes out? Do you think that $191 million is an appropriate market cap for a stock with 3 drugs in human trials for 4 different applications, and financing to carry forward with all those trials until at least next spring with NO partner needed?
I refer you for comparison to AXON, whose market cap is 1.32 Billion (yes BILLION) for zero drugs in clinical trials, and the one drug they have was purchased for 5 million from a large pharma -- which had shelved it because it failed. Which stock would you rather own?

You answered your own question -- it was merely a rumor that some guy on the internet posted. Do you think the company has to be responsible for a rumor someone posts, on whatever timetable you think they should do it in?
