I think it could work out very nicely in the long run for Leo fighting back. Once Ashcroft gets a taste of what's really at stake I think we'll see a major shift in momentum. A legal battle against Mako, and more importantly, an attack against those that think they are protected under the 1st amendment by purposely posting malicious false information. It'll become a stack on legal battle to beat them out of the wood works until we see real flesh and blood. Just a matter of time but I see Rosen getting out of the way as quickly as possible.
