Rosen Firm's contact information, obviously posted here only as a service so that anyone who wants to can join the class action suit, and for no other reason whatsoever hahaha. By the way, apparently although they claim to have filed a suit, today's company press release implied that CTIX had not in fact been served -- so that is something else for the complaint to the professional responsibility board. Anyone who is calling, please be sure to use their toll-free number, which incurs charges to THEM.

When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
