I really like $SD but reverse split is most likely to happen due to PPS under a dollar. Given a warning to de-list within few weeks. So I don't know if it is good to keep or buy but I did sold for a 45% loss last week and now it's moving up for the last few days. I don't even read those R/S anymore from any board.
