I don't see anymore news regarding $SD doing rever

I don't see anymore news regarding $SD doing reverse split of 10-1 to 25-1 share due to de-listing in few weeks time with shares under $1.00. Have they changed their minds? Just sold my shares for considerable loss today. I really want to buy and get back owning it because it's cheap now but don't have the guts when I read reverse split is coming. Any info you guys?
