Without giving myself away too much , . . (1) I am a long-term share-holder ( ~ ten years ) and (2) I own A LOT OF SHARES for a middle-class retired white-collar worker and .. (3) .. I OWN THE COMPANY ( well, .20161 percent, on an outstanding shares basis ) call my stake 1/5 of one percent, OK ?
I own the Company , as do you who are reading this and who own shares . . . . . . . I own pieces and parts of several dozen resource Companies.
I fully understand Reg. FD , and other SEC reporting rules - - they are direct and simple - - so I am not talking through my hat here. . . . . . . MOST OF MY OTHER MINES REPORT PRELIMINARY RESULTS. . . . . . . The do this constantly and frequently. . . . . . . SUCH REPORTING IS NOT PROSCRIBED BY LAW or BY CUSTOM.
