I have contacted Corporate several times - - nay make that many times - - and received no response to phone call ( voice message ) or email ( direct to info@pershingpm.com ) or by filling out the "CONTACT" html form at the Pershing web site :

All contact attempts have been in the last week or ten days at most.
Three ways to contact Pershing . . . . . . . Three ways for Pershing to dismissively ignore me, repeatedly.
Well, at least they are consistent !
