Dave: the current strategy was not working. The market saw the need for continued massive dilution going forward. I want Elto to succeed; but it became a headwind as the company just doesnt have the required resources to move two Phase II assets going forward.
If you look at the newer ESS opportunities (as stated yesterday)...look at Elto getting replaced with better S/T commercialization opportunities and ways to raise cash other than through an Uplisting.
Forgot the focus on the pipeline; and you can start watching the performance of the stock price (which will better please your trading account with your broker).
Note: the close above $1.30 yesterday was rather bullish from a technical perspective (will take some additional volume to absorb the sellers who want out; so once that overhead is absorbed ...it will help the stock price in the near future).
