All Calissio Resources Group Inc. shares have been merged into Milagros Del Cobre Mineria S.A. De C.V. (“MDCM”) company share structure. To begin the process and verify you are a former shareholder we are requesting proof of share ownership. We will accept a screenshot of your Brokerage account showing your CRGP share position or a scanned copy of your stock certificate.
Once this step is confirmed we will send you a Form that needs to be filled out in order to issue your new Milgaros Del Cobre Mineria S.A. De C.V. stock certificate. Please note these new shares are now in a private company. Although you will not be able to buy and sell on the public markets at this time, there is a demand and market for these MDCM shares and if you wish to sell at a future date you can do so.
Once all CRGP shares are consolidated we estimate a fair market value of USD$0.27 cents per share.
