Could be. Since you have to maintain a price of $1.00 to stay on the Nasdaq don't see how we can get approved at these levels. They have to notify SH's within 3 days of a rejection don't they? Last year Gerald said at the Q&A session that he wasn't concerned with share price, only the science. He should have cared about both.
