If you owned NTEK at the close of business on February 6, 2015, you will receive (by my estimation) about 20.7% of the amount of those NTEK shares in NTGL shares. There's a lot of disagreement regarding this percentage, but I came up with it by dividing the 150 million NTGL shares by the 724 million outstanding NTEK shares (as of Feb 6th).
So, for example, if you owned 100,000 NTEK shares on Feb 6th, you would get 20,700 shares of NTGL. If you didn't own any shares of NTEK on Feb 6th, you should not expect to receive the NTGL shares. Any shares you purchased after Feb. 6, 2015 do not apply. Please keep in mind that I'm not an accountant, so I could be very wrong.
