we're not waiting to hear from NASDAQ, that's not what company is presently saying. We're in ongoing engagement with them.
my question is, since we could have uplisted at one point, but market conditions were weak, did we recieve approval and conditional rights to delay the uplist.
there are formalities which can be ascribed to IPO postponements and delays. It's possible we're ready to rock whenever we want within a certain timeframe when we decide the market has stabilized
