(EPAZ), a leading provider of cloud-based business software solutions, is pleased to announce that the company will be launching a revenue-based crowdfunding campaign under Reg 506 (c), using our own platform. The crowdfunding campaign is intended to increase our sales, marketing and development personnel. Epazz, Inc. is gearing up to launch the campaign on our own funding platform during the month of September. We have already heard from investors interested in backing the campaign. Revenue-based offerings are non-dilutive to our shareholders.

The campaign will be under Reg 506 (c), which allows for general solicitation to attract investors to the offering. Reg 506 (c) permits unlimited accredited investors to take part in the funding round. The company will be filing a Form D with the SEC within 15 days once the offering is launched.
The funds will be used to increase our sales and marketing workforce. Epazz, Inc. needs to hire additional sales and marketing personnel to promote our successes in implementing our cloud-based solutions for new government and business customers.
