I think what your asking is WHO has the permits for keystone ? You don't need permits for trucking true ,but I would assume someone needs permits for mineing or this income were counting on from this mine could disappear tommarow . I see that as a legitimate question as a shareholder. I think you would get a quicker answer calling Joel and telling investors after what was said He does answer if u call hIm as I have before with questions .
