Joel, the ultimate question I have for you is...
Why didn't you move forward on the 'determination of applicability' application with ADEQ in regards to the Congress mine? All you needed to do was submit documentation verifying to the state information regarding the mine, it's contents, what procedures would be used to process the material, and so forth. Am I wrong?
Lastly how come I cannot find any open permit applications for Keystone, under Mining Global and or First Nevada Mining Corp?
