as noted contemporaneously via this very site
info re: OBG was in the public domain over 9 months b4 (2014)
first noted by P2O in a filing .. (2015)
and what is key for me re: that *info* is the cycle of money *patterns* in play
in relation to *volume* undertaken by colluding entities (Oct 2014/Jan 2015 come to mind)
as many have figured out .. 9.10.15 .. didn't go quite as planned
known P2O investor timestamps' picked off over 54% ..
