Well, since you are a fellow investor let me suggest a possible explanation for the delay in sales.
It has been publicly disclosed a very large potential order is in play with a customer that was not in the picture last January when the ECO relationship was disclosed. That potential sale may be for a specific feed stock that may require some modifications to the in-feed system, or to other components of the processor.
Those modifications may have required some engineering time and also increased the overall cost of the repairs that needed to be done. That being the case it likely made sense to delay the repairs and the expenditures until the full scope of the modifications were known. Other lead time may have been necessary of other equipment as well.
In the past month there has been frequent activity reported and confirmed at the plant by several outside observers. One could conclude the negotiations with the large prospect may have been completed, the modifications/repairs are at last in progress and a three to five day pilot for the new customer will be conducted upon the completion and the sale of processors will follow.
