What can NTEK do? Continue producing amazing results, continue to be as transparent as possible and stop diluting as soon absolutely possible, ie. No more dilution once we reach the current AS. Diluting only helps mask the criminal activity of abusive naked short selling.
Here is a great video explaining exactly what is happening. EVERY investor MUST watch this. http://cdn2.overstock.com/07-0313Bloom_PhantomShares_NSS.wmv
By the way, NTEK has been on the SEC's threshold list of Failure To Deliver list on a weekly basis. I've eluded to specific numbers in previous posts but here's a link: http://www.sec.gov/foia/failsreports/cnsfails201508a.zip
NTEK is a prime candidate for the naked short selling. NTEK is a clear and present danger to several multi-billion dollar companies who'd like nothing more than to see NTEK wither on the vine and some would be more than happy to help them.
So the faster NTEK gets movies uploaded and generating revenues to self sustain, rather than selling shares, the better off NTEK will be and her investors will be.
Make no mistake about it, naked short selling with failures to deliver IS HAPPENING to NTEK. NO way in HELL the pps valuation accurately reflects NTEK's fair value! What you also should know is there are many companies with a vested interest in seeing NTEK succeed! And it is because of these partnerships as well as RABID INVESTORS like myself and many of you that I believe NTEK will succeed and succeed and succeed big!
If management foresees the need for additional funding, I hope they consider selling NTEK's stake in NTGL. They have patents that are worth millions. Take the profits and pour them back into NTEK. I believe Aaron Taylor has stated NTEK will be self sustaining with video rental revenue. So, selling NTGL may not even be necessary.
Hope some of this helps.

NTEK...GET SUMMM!!! Buy'em when you can but for god's sake, don't sell in a panic! People who did that Friday have to be kicking themselves. Most of us who have been here for any length of time knew what was happening and bought at or near the 52 week low.
