Atlas, just unbelievable criminal activity. Can this be reconciled or tracked to the individuals/ firms participating in this behavior with some certainty? I know that the government looks the other way but if you are talking potentially millions of shares you're talking not just criminal activity but civil ramifications as well. TIA
