I find this somewhat curious. This jaxstraw reply to my post over there was deleted. My guess is it tended to support my post rather than to refute it. I sure hope jaxstraw doesn't get anything docked from his paycheck.

You might want to read the announcement again and realize that Heddle says they will consumate the deal before any pilot for the supposed 30 processors project pilot occurs.
Which of course means he must file an 8K before any of the nonsense described for specific feedstock you describe occurs for that supposed project.
