If they didn't issue an 8K for the uplisting (that is submitting the paperwork) so why would they have to issue an 8K if they didn't get it? They said they are in talks but did they actually submit the paperwork for it? The CEO said so but there is no 8K to verify that. And lets not forget the CEO said he'd present all the Lympro data back in July of 14 and didn't follow through on that. Just saying.
