Someone established a huge position today. This is great news because on a day we all expected to hear news on uplist to NASDAQ to no avail, the stock should have taken a hit but it did not.
Possible explanation: Good news is around the corner. Some insiders have knowledge of this. They are absorbing the obvious dilution taking place so as to position the stock for a sustained gain ones news hits.
