I see people paying 200-300/month for a new car, a depreciating asset.
I'm hesitant to tell someone to borrow money to buy a stock. BUT, in this case, if I had the choice of having a nice car now, or a lesser car and 1000 shares of CTIX that might pay for a nice car in the future, I know what I'd pick.
But FIRST they need to read and understand what they're potentially buying into -- and understand that there are no guarantees. (Even though I feel utterly confident in my investment, I wouldn't want to guarantee anything that isn't totally in my control, to someone.)
