Looking for opinions from others on what one could

In that I am debt free , have been for a number of YEARS, and plan to stay that way - I sort of lost track (interest wise) of what is out there if one would want to take out what is called a PERSONAL LOAN. In the amount of 3 to 5 thousand dollars to invest.
Usually Personal Loans are a 24 month payback plan.
This is to be compared to dollar cost averaging also over 24 months
This would be advice to someone who does not have the CASH right now to buy 1 , 2 , or 3 thousand shares on hand but can afford to make payments over the next 2 years.
This also assume said person has been fully updated on the company and the science and the current non-sense going on that will not be here (I would think) 2 years from now.
The real comparison is where one reasonably believes the PPS will be in 2 years to what the loan will cost. Currently I'm one of the $20+ believers but dodo happens (to me a lot, LOL)
Obviously I already have my own opinion here just want to see others.
